Stone & Leaf Reserve is crafted from first flush tencha sourced from Uji, Kagoshima and Shizuoka — each region chosen for the character it brings to the final cup. Samidori, Saemidori, Okumidori and other carefully selected cultivars are brought together in a balanced signature blend shaped for vivid colour, depth and versatility.

After harvest, the tencha is gently matured at low temperature before being slowly stone-milled in small batches. Each mill produces around 30 g per hour, creating a fine matcha powder with a smooth texture and a calm, refined expression.

Reserve is made for moments where matcha becomes more than a routine: a traditional bowl of usucha, a clean iced matcha, or a more elevated matcha latte.
