Our Barista Matcha is sourced from Kagoshima, Miyazaki and Shizuoka - a blended selection chosen for boldness, consistency and café performance. A rich olive green colour and a flavour profile structured to cut through milk, foam and ice without getting lost.
First and second harvest leaves bring a fuller body and more assertive character. Bead-milled to a fine particle size for clean dispersion and a smooth, even texture in every drink.
