Its fine bamboo tines help combine matcha and water quickly, creating an even texture and delicate foam, whether you’re preparing usucha or the base for your daily matcha latte.

Before first use, soak the tines in warm water for 1–2 minutes to soften the bamboo and help prevent brittleness.
